On arrival, afternoon tea is served in the lounges before you check into your room, where you enjoy each glass of refreshing apple juice and a small taste of the evening's culinary experiences. At 16:00 our sommelier will take you through our Wine 'o Clock wine tasting before you enjoy our tasting menu with local ingredients as the main theme. Coffee is offered in front of the fireplace to beautiful piano music. A la carte breakfast is served and please enjoy a good cup of coffee on the veranda before departure.

19:00 - 19:30 table setting (exact time will be informed at check-in) with our tasting menu. We recommend our carefully selected wine package.

The restaurant enforces a dress code in the evening and we want our guests to dress nicely (trousers, shirt, suit jacket etc.) and it is possible to borrow a suit jacket at the hotel.
